Beneficiary : NORMA T. YANGUAS
Relationship to the Insured: Mother
My brother died last May 12, 2012 and we just found out this Get Started Savings Account with
Life Insurance today. As we have read in this documents, my mother as his beneficiary and since my brother is Single, we believed that my mother has the right to claim said insurance
benefits.
